HistorySunny Isles Beach is a city situated on the island barrier of the
county Miami Dade, Florida, United States. A private owner bought a
2.26 square mile land in the year 1920. He purchased this land for
developing it as a tourist resort. He called it as Sunny Isles. In
1936, Sunny Isles was purchased by Milwaukee Matt magnate Kurtis R.
Froedert. This place has become very famous later. Single family homes
and over thirty motels were built along the avenue of Collins. In the
year 1997, this place was developed as a municipality.
