If you would like this service please request Housekeeping Service fees are as follows: once a week - $65.00, twice a week $110.00, three times a week $150.00 This service includes change of linens, replacement of towels and cleaning. Prices are subject to change upon housekeeper’s discretion and the condition of the room. Smoking: There is absolutely no smoking permitted in the interior of the house. No pets allowed Cleaning fee – $50.00 will apply to all reservations Payment options: Pay Pal, Cashier check, Money Order. Reservation/Security Deposit Information: There is a required Reservation/Security Deposit Fee in the amount of $750.00. This fee is due upon reserving. It will hold dates before your stay and serve as your security deposit during your stay. This deposit is in addition to the full payment for your stay. It will be returned to you via Paypal or US mail 48 hrs after checkout, minus any damages. A full payment will we required two weeks before arriving. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservations four weeks prior to your contract date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25%. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your contract date, then you will forfeit the reservation fee of $750.00. There is not reimbursement for not used nights or late arrival or not show up.
